Gaydon, Warwickshire, 19 May 2009 - Land Rover is proud to announce its support of the British & Irish Lions in a deal that will see the iconic 4x4 manufacturer installed as the 'Official Vehicle of the British & Irish Lions 2009' for their eagerly anticipated summer Tour of South Africa.

Website and forum login details changed

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), which is owned by Indian conglomerate Tata, is planning to raise up to £1 billion by September to keep it afloat without the British Government's help.

Government ministers have stated that financial aid will only be given if they have a say in the day to day running of the company

As we reported in a news story on Wednesday (6th May) the financial package being sought by JLR is in doubt.
